Congratulations on your forthcoming Wedding and thank you for your interest in the Isle of Purbeck Golf Club as a suitable venue for your Wedding Reception. No doubt you will be looking forward to a very special day. 

We can host your Wedding Reception in our panoramic dining room, which overlooks Poole Harbour.  We are able to accommodate up to 80 people using a top table and rounds for your guests and more if we use square tables as well. The Clubhouse is open plan, which offers a formal setting for dining and expands into the lounge/bar for an evening party for up to 150 if you wish. 

We have compiled comprehensive menus for you to choose from, however, we will be just as happy to tailor a package to suit your individual needs so that your celebration will be exactly as you want it.  Exclusivity of the lounge area during normal business hours may involve a fee.  This will vary throughout the golfing year. 

Having your Wedding Reception at the golf club offers the unique opportunity for fabulous photo taking opportunities from our clubhouse and incredibly scenic Fifth Hole overlooking Poole Harbour.

Deposit and Payment Policy
Deposit at time of Initial Booking - £500 

6 months before the Wedding – 50% of the estimated bill
3 weeks before the Wedding – Balance of the estimated bill
1 week after the Wedding – Extras from the Wedding Day, (includes any additional costs incurred at the Wedding). 

Venue Price

The Venue Price will vary depending on the date, the time, the number of guests and required exclusivity in the Dining Room and/or the Lounge area on your wedding day.  Generally October-April (Off Peak Season) will be less expensive and May-September (Peak Season) will cost a little more.  Please see our Exclusivity Fees listed on the next page.

We retain all payments received up to the date of cancellation.

Wedding Exclusivity Fees

The information below is a basic guideline to fees and decorating logistics.  We understand that every wedding will have different needs and requirements and we are happy to work with each couple to provide the service needed and to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Please feel free to enquire about bespoke packages to better suit your needs.

Peak Season (May-September)

30-50 Covers:   
     After 2:00 pm - £2000    
 After 3:00 pm - £1500
 After 4:00 pm - £1000

51-80 Covers:   
         After 2:00 pm - £1500      
   After 3:00 pm - £1000
After 4:00 pm - £750

81+ Covers:      
  After 2:00 pm - £500              

Wall and freestanding decorations may be done by family and friends within 3 days of the wedding, by appointment, during regular hours of operation, except in the dining room during dining hours: Lunch 12pm-3pm and Friday & Saturday Dinners 6pm-10pm.  Table decorations may be put in place after the final meal service prior to the wedding and once the wedding tables have been set up.  This must be scheduled in advance.  If the hirer elects for the Golf Club to put the table decorations in place, a service fee may apply.


Off Peak Season (October, November, January, February & March)

30+ Covers:    After 2:00 pm - £500  
Check regarding Service for Lunch and Dinner on Friday
