Clubhouse

Important Notice / Covid-19 virus

Regretfully, beginning Sunday 22nd of March, the the clubhouse will be closed.

We are doing everything possible to control the spread of the Covid-19 virus and follow the government’s advice.
Where possible and safe, doors are propped open, to allow for entry to various areas without touching a door handle.
We have briefed our cleaners and Staff to carry out rigorous disinfecting of surfaces, door handles and other areas of likely contamination.
Contactless payment is preferred in the Bar and Shop. When using your Membership Card, you just have to give your name to the Bar/Shop staff so that they do not have to handle it.
Please be reassured we are doing everything we can to make the Isle of Purbeck Golf Club facilities safe and managed.
We hope you will continue to visit us to play golf and use the practice area.
We will continue to communicate any updates with you as soon as they arise.

It is enough just to sit in the clubhouse and "drink it all in" - indoors as well as out.

The magnificent Purbeck Stone Clubhouse, which was built as recently as 1966, contains fossilised dinosaur footprints and huge ammonites more than 150 million years old, which are all built into the interior walls.

The clubhouse is open every day from 8 till 5 during the winter months and from 8 until late during the summer months.

Smart casual dress please, collared shirts must be worn, no ripped jeans.
Sorry, no dogs allowed.
