Please let your guests know that the attire for the Dining Room is Smart Casual Dress. Tee shirts, torn jeans, flip flops and hats are not allowed.
You may choose three selections from each course and confirm them with Kathy before offering them to your guests.
Names and menu choices, special dietary food requirements as well as seating plans are required 10 days prior to the function date. A spreadsheet will be provided to help collect this information. Table Cards and a Table Plan will be made for your event.
A single payment for the full amount for the group will be required 3 days prior to the event. Cancellations after this payment is made will not be refundable.
We take cash, BACS or credit card. If your organization requires an itemised bill, we can arrange to email one to the organiser.
If exclusivity of the dining room is required, a charge may apply depending on your numbers, time required and the time of year.
